Not at the moment, and here's why, they changed the encryption keys so we couldn't sign the lvl2.self1 and lvl2.self2. so that's why we can't get out of service mode on 3.56 or higher, but Graf found a way on Linux, although the odds of linux on 3.56 or above is low, I have heard you can do it, but it requires a very very complicated exploit

omg, People like u are Freaking annoying.. Ever heard of the search button? If u try there it will come up at least 100 other noobs like you desperate after downgrades, 3.60 CFW, 3.56 CFW... And posts that says NO...
