Put the .pkg on your root, in no folders but the root of the USB. Then put USB in ps3, and press install packages, then open the new app, and press x. Wait for it to install and done. The hardes part is downloading it.

Yes but rebug has no bugs, use rebug, Fu psn has many bugs.
