yea i went and picked it up with him about an hour ago

i just tried it and with auth.np.playstation.net using ssl proxy

it comes up invalid certificate

now it needs to be on ssl proxy to tell u the passphrase

but it errors and fails

I thought they'd replace the cert in the update? After $ony watching all the forums online, seems they'd have a lot covering their tracks to make it very hard for us. There's probably some sad £5/hour $ony worker reading this thread right now. If so, HIIIIIII

I'd work on setting up a private blog or something but
a) it'd be a sucky website
b) nobody would come
c) I can't hack anything so I'm useless to modders

Even if we did that they'd get spies
And I don't think we will be able to do anything - I'd say there's more chance of a 3.60 JB than getting DNS glitches working again (for longer than it takes for $ony to patch them, though I'd say they could easily set up a time based rotation system with numerous auth keys running at different times - but before that we still need to actually get a look at the keys). I'm hoping for a miracle but until then I'm looking into a new ps3/360. Keeping this for JB homebrew and backups. =D

although nothing is unhackable i think its the end of psn with cfw

lets face it sony is goin to change these keys with every firmware update

and they will probably release a new update every month or 2 or every 3 months wotever

Yeah. The only thing that REALLY annoys me is that eventually they'll fix the backing up games thing (by stopping it on the new games somehow). If they don't do that I'll be happy. Borrow games to backup for offline mode, buy a few good online games like cod, mag, etc. and play backups for offline and other ps3 for psn games.

I want some more ripped free psn games. Anyone know where to get any?

i dnt no how many psn games they have but they got a good selection of ps3 games

i downloaded killzone 3 20gb in 1 hour and 20mins at 5.3mb/sec
