not trying to say your rong or anything but u can mod the 3.60 update but not to the fullst, i got this today and was messing around and i got the 3.60 update to install with a msg saying a bunch of **** and it worked but i cant do anything else because it wont decrypt a file in the lvl1 patch so nothing will else will work.
