Anybody can sue anybody for anything. If they can find you and serve you then you can be sued, if they can't find you but know your name you can be served via publication and be sued, if they grease the palm of a crooked process server to state that he served you.......again, sued.

i said IF I WERE to make a 3.60 dongle. I never said i had it. I plan to ATTEMPT to make one. and if it doesnt work then yeah. I just wanted to know the probability of getting sued if i did.
