Data transfer takes me five minutes what's the point?

cuz data transfer deactivates add ons including map packs so say u wanted ur 3.55 jb console to stay jb but ur second u wanted to update n have all ur users accounts over there u just use this then update and redownload the maps on that ps3 without loosing em on the jb ps3, there that is a good reason :bat:

So all this does is save u time from not going into the sign up to playstation network? cuz I just bought mine today and I did it like that and re-downloaded my map packs and the rest of my DLC.

yea it can transfer ur whole ps3 accounts info and passwords over to another ps3 or hdd and save u time from sighning up for each account,
also instead of doing a full data transfer from a 3.55 to another ps3 and deactivating everything on ur ps3, u would have to update ust to get ur activation back. so all this does is saves ur 3.55 with activated items n transfers ur accounts to the other ps3 without going threw data transfer
