I in no way take credit for this. I copied and pasted this. I just wanted to share.
You must create a new PSN account for this to work.
Here is the source.
EDIT: Link Removed because page is dead. There is enough confirmations of this working.
EDIT: While it does show you connected to PSN. Its like an alternate server. I just tried adding my main account to the new one and it says it don't exist.

well it says u need to install the bdemu.pkg bud
There is also a new directory in dev_flash called rebug which has another directory in it packages. It is in this directory that you will find Rebug_Selector_1.2.pkg and BDEMU.pkg (3.55) or Hermes_V4C_Rebugged.pkg (3.41). These can be installed using the PS3 HDD option in Package Manager.

Used that already.. still funactionally is restricted... It came with the rebug and ended up under install package files from HDD

Well if you go back that will be a waist Kmeaw worked on this with Rebug, so in the end you will be back where you started just wait a bit till sony makes its next move which will be today. This is still in its testing stages. You can look forward to PSN after a while.
