(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hello ngu so i have found something some what alarming to me i dont know if others have experienced this or not but. my console running the rebug 3.55 has become incredibly unreliable simple home brew take minutes to load rather then seconds. upon exiting the hombrew the ps3 locks up and just hangs (Happens with all hombrew on the system) leaving me no choice to hard reset it. I fear that there may be some issues with rebug on certain models?

Even after a fresh install of rebug its still lags... i fear the worst

Old FAT PS3 owners be warned rebug could cause problems i am reverting back. kmeaw fixes some stuff up, it no longer take as long it is still a bit sluggish not sure if it back to the norm yet while rebug has some cool stuff its stability on older consoles is ify

also be warned about longing in on the developer network they can still see you cid and due the the heavy traffic coming in you could see console bans start to pop up i suggest you spoof your id if you can i have created a modified fpsn with the new auth address for the dev server(not retail)

I have the phat ps3, its on 3.55.1 and it runs normal like before, no lags no nothing :black:

Iv had no problems on my 60GB Phat, touch wood i dont get any.

i have the oldest ps3 you can get will rebug effect it?

they updated rebug so im not sure just watch it if its starting to lag etc reflash

I have had my 60GB from release date, my console was one of the first on the market and I have had no problems with it to date. I've had GeoHot CFW, Kmeaw, Rebug, and I had it jailbroken with a dongle on 3.41. Rebug has shown no signs of failure since I've had it so I'd say that this may just be people jumping to conclusions.

Okay, I can see why you posted this then, it may just have been a dodgy install or something. I remember having to reinstall Kmeaw because it was giving me lag problems occasionally in the XMB.
