1- the title appears brightly and the music is playing
2- the screen becomes dim and the music is in a loop
3- the loading screen arts are played in loop but nothing happens

im running 3.55 kmeaw with latest version of multiman.

Please help this is the only game that hasn't worked for me!

Happened to me too. I looked and found no fix anywhere.

Delete the game from both internal and external drive, re-unzipped the whole thing again...put it on external hdd (format FAT32, Gamez -> GTA Complete).

Or try using the latest Gaia manager.
