I just installed and havent done anything . . .

There are like a million threads on how to get online just change np environment to sp-int.

you cant acttualy get onto the psn network, you can get certain stuff from the store, and play with other rebug users, only some games work tho

Ok go to package manager under games in xmb. Then go to install package files, Then ps3 Hard disk Then install Rebug selector package. Once it installs go in and then go into rebug mode L1+Circle. Then go into debug menu 1 R2+X. Then change your XMB to debug R1+Circle. This is what i have on mine and it works fine.:black:

What are you talking about? You play on dev psn i was just playing gta 4 online w/3.60 people.

do you have to use the 3.60 spoofer thingy aswell? or what are the steps involving using that?

Nope i am not if you cant go online with sp-int try prod-qa i am on prod-qa and i can play online.
