Brenzo if you are going to use the loic you need to use a VPN to be safe, otherwise they will know your ip address.

Don't try to hide behind a proxy cause then it will be way slower and deem useless. With so many people around the globe doing this, they can't catch everybody.

I would use a vpn if I was going to do this. The most effective way is using a botnet, which is mainly what anonymous is using to take sony down. :dance:

hey br0, if you truely want to get down you are going to need more than a simple VPN.

It is not something you want to take lightly, and does not necessarily require a spec heavy machine to run on, but anonymity is hard to accomplish.

Look in to Tails, it is a linux distro that autoconfigures you to use the TOR network.

I am in the US and it had my exit as somewhere in the UK, so it is stupid easy to get up and running even in a VM.

If you are not prepared to be charged with DDoS attacks do not even try it, because you can get jailtime.
