"This content can be used if you renew the licence in the PlayStation Store" "Proceed to PlayStation Store"

is there away to get passed that?

you need to legally buy it or it will not work. You can also be lucky enough to find an act.dat that has the game activated

1.-Have a PSN DLC PKG OR PSN Game(Demo, trail or unactivated) pkg downloaded from PC not PSN STORE

2-make a generated fake id on REBUG CFW to do that
-make new user
-choose quick sign up
-log in & open Account Management
-Choose Transaction Management
-Add Funds Choose Credit Card

add what ever you want

3- after PSN+ game trail expired or the game needs licence activation
press X to proceed to PSN STORE & you'll find the full Game activation there

if you´re lucky you will get the activation stuff if not....sorry.
