-<requesthostname> --- remove a server map entry
i don't plan on keeping the server map list updated, so if you have a webhost and want to admin the update list, pm me

BLES is usa, from what i read BLUS and BLES use USA servers from what i read somewhere on this forum. so i think thats what you get from there but this is what i've been using
