1. Can i download things like Map packs, fifa ut - DLC addons? with rebug?

2. Can i host cl's with rebug?

Once you have debug options change environment to prod-qa instead of sp-int and make a new acc. But cod maps don't work. Find FIFA maps through the psn tool on the thread I gave you for the ps store access.
