You do not have 3.60 CFW. It just means you have the spoof on, so you can go online the alternate psn.

Rebug has the option for 3.60 spoofing thats all bud. And when your on Rebug you also have the option of logging into the dev servers which is similar to PSN but used only for Developers with dev consoles for testing their games.
