the 3.55 rebug is mainly for people that rely on cfw and the 3.41 is for people who have actually jailbroken their ps3... but you mainly have to have 2 ps3's to file transfer and stuff..

you should flash ofw 3.55 -> rebug 3.55
No real reason to stay on 341, most stuff initially gets released/is signed for 3.55 anyway.

I would go with 3.55. Its mostly for the homebrew lovers and people who want to play PSN and use homebrew. The 3.41 is mainly for Devs to experiment with the console
