So save everyone the time and trouble, I have taken the liberty to dust off 2 VPS servers I still am renting. These servers are currently running a DNS server for all to use.

Now hows does this help YOU? Quite simple really...

I will update the server with as many game addresses as possible. If you have an address, send it and I will post. This will stay updated with what the server currently has.

How do you use this I bet your thinking. Well I have 2 servers, one in the US and one in the UK.


So assuming this is like the PS3 ByPass (ITS NOT THE BYPASS, DON'T ASK), you just set your primary and secondary to one of the below IP's.

It will "just work".

You should get your servers to stealth the consoles mac ID and stuff.

You can get 2.5" internal sata drives and you can open up desktop hdd's and put them inside your PS3. : You must login or register to view this content.

You guys understand the DIFFERENCE between a PROXy and DNS.

Proxy allows you to channels requests trough another server. Data can be logged and isn't always good.

ALL DNS does is take a domain (pcfreak30.com) and look-up in a database, and return a IP address to connect to. I don't log queries or ANYTHING in my DNS server what-so-ever.

I know that you guys are thinking about SSL certs and such. Thiis IS NOT a proxy. You are not using a proxy setting on your PS3, you are using DNS setting.

Please learn the difference.

I don't code in C nor do I know the internals of the PS3 firmware well.
