Assuming you know about rebug cfw and the difference between normal psn servers and dev servers.....
No you cant kick someone off their account, When u make an account... its linked to the server you are on... eg.. dev servers different to normal servers.
Hence why u can make any name u like.. including ones already made on the normal psn servers, BUT it is not linked to the normal psn account at all.
Apart from when you play a game like cod online.. the accounts stats will be the same as the normal psn.

Someone did this to my account yesterday. I got kicked off Black Ops and it gave me an error saying "Another user is currently using this Playstation Network ID"
They played a High Roller game on my account and changed my playercard. I want to know how I can stop them from using my account again/kick them off my account.

what they did was registrating an rebug account on dev psn with your gamer tag, now black ops thinks its you when its actually them online.
you cant do much about it m8
