Ok rebug is quite simple. Create a new user. Go into package manager -> Hard Disk. Install bdemu and rebug selector.
Now run rebug selector. Choose REBUG mode, DEBUG XMB, and I recommend menu 2 as it has more options. Then press the PS button on your controller and quit. Your PS3 will reboot and appear to be spoofed to 3.60...
Now go to pcfreak30.com and find the blog post about server mapping. Set your DNS to one or both of those IP's on your primary/secondary DNS settings. This will allow you to "hack" onto many online games.
Go to debug settings and change NP environment to sp-int. Reboot your console. Go and register like normal. sp-int username is also referred to as your "rebug" psn. Now change the np environment to prod-qa.
Reboot, create a new user and do quick sign-up. Now go into your web browser and access pcfreak30.com. Click the PSN Download Links menu item.
Here you can find free psn stuff. Just find what you want, click it, then click the store link. Everything is charged to a fake credit card.
Enjoy your rebug and free psn stuff..
Have Fun..
Peace..
