"We sincerely regret that the PlayStation Network and Qriocity services have been suspended, we are working day and night to bring back the online service. Our efforts to resolve this issue involves the reconstruction of our system to further strengthen our network infrastructure. Although this task is time consuming, we decided it was worth the time to provide the system with additional security".
It was in spanish, anyway wat do u think guys? no more free games and no more online?

Rebug isn't the only cfw. They could probably stop people from using dev psn but they can't force you to update to the latest firmware, which is the only way they can "patch" cfw (or just YOUR console)

I've been on 3.55-kmeaw since January, and haven't been online (psn) since they patched fuckPsn-v0.6. Never tried Rebug since I don't really care about psn, and only a few (shitty) games work on regular servers.

I'm sure there will be a way to get back on PSN in the future, but right now we should focus more on finding a way to play these new decrypted 3.60 games. I know that's basically asking for 3.60 cfw, but if that's what it really takes...

I'm guessing it is a distinct possibility and i have been thinking the same thing, but In my opinion if sony was smart they would turn a blind eye to this for at least a while so as to boost their console sales (then once people have the console, make it near impossible to go online on custom firmware). The amount of people that would never have considered buying a ps3, that have now bought one because of the possibility to run homebrew, (me being one of them) would be phenomenal, just look at ebay and check the most commonly asked question.... What Firmware is the console running? Consoles have always been hacked, and they will continue to be in the future.
