- get a 3.55 ps3
- install a 3.60 signed packagee file
- data tranfer to our 3.60 ps3
- wa la we have signed tools on 3.60
So if anyone can get hold of a 3.60 signed package file don't hestitate to make a thread because i'll support you

Well you basically sum up the "know it all's " around NGU.
Why didn't you look into what you were saying before you posted a thread on it?
this is what happend. Sony updated 3.55 with DIFFERENT KEYS. 3.56 and 3.60 have different keys. They also blocked the method of downgrading and the exploit that geohot used to get the keys.
Therefore 3.55 and 3.60 have different keys so if you even try to transfer a 3.55 pkg onto a 3.60 it simpily wont work
