extract win95.rar onto desktop

open filezilla and connect to PS3 with Openftpserver

transfer the win95 folder to dev_hdd0/game/HBDB90000/USRDIR and it NEED TO BE like this:

now go to ps3 and open Dosbox

now write

mount c ~/win95

then

c:

then

imgmount a w95.img

then

boot w95.img

then

ENJOY

You cant never install win7 on ps3. Ps3 doesnt have enough ram.

Now clearly i have no knowledge on how to do this, but seeing as we have full access to the PS3 now, surely it would be possible to add more ram. I hope graf or some other dev takes a look at that.

Of course the mobo doesn't have any slots where RAM could just be fitted either but i'm sure with hardware modifications it would be possible. Then it would just be a matter of making the system recognize the RAM, which would probably be the easy part.

And if it's not possible then tell me why it wouldn't be. I don't know much about the modifying hardware so there may be a very simple reason why it's not possible.
