if u use the latest multiMAN (available You must login or register to view this content. or You must login or register to view this content.) there will not be a problem

from multiMAN Changelog
01.17.01/02 -

* Support for REBUG firmwares (properly working BD mirror function)

Other Homebrews should work without problem

Also, any homebrew, packages and backups you have will still be there after you update to rebug.
