I am in need to a little help on hacking my ps3 with the F|W 3.55.

Now i can flash any xbox drive to date if the F|W has been realeased.

Now i understand that i have to format my usb flash drive and my external Hdd with FAT32!

I have searched my life away for PS3_355_CFW>RAR and PS3_355_FW_UPDATE.RAR without any luck im here posting.

This a whole new ballgame for me,so just asking for a little help in the correct direction!

Ok i got the ps3 to take the update,now i do delete the update from my usb stick right and install the the backup pkg files the same way or do i just resatart the ps3 and do it

Explain what you are trying to do, in your first post you just wanted to install custom firmware what is next?

what i am trying to do: is intsall the homebrew.."the pkg file"to back up the ps3 games to my external hdd.

What would make sense is to do a fat32 format my hdd,then put the pkg file's"lvg2.pkgand the rodero manager on the hdd then install it on the dashboard.

Just another dumb a$$ question do i have to install the custom F|W each time i want to play back ups?

And is it safe for online gameplay?

and if not iss there an app or something to pacth the game?
