if you go there then u will see a bunch of comments about there psn updates but how in the world is people commenting when u have to be signed in to comment and u cant sign in bc psn is down

is sony making this comments them self or am i the only one that cant logg in on there site to make a comment

Well it isn't really psn is it. It's part of sonys site and you can login with your psn as that works well.

ok so im guessing im the only person who cant log in on there site when u hit log in u get the undergoing maintence atleast i do
so is no one else getting in or what because i shouldnt be the only one who cant sign in

Probably just people logged in before hand and its saved in their cookies.
