I got a new ps3 on a old fimware and I want to use this for the CFW hack.
My question is, there was a thread on here somewhere telling you the best way to do it but I can't seem to find it.
There thread had info about moving back the original Cert files and such.

Honestly the 'safe methods' were a load of bs, all you need to do is replace any old CERT files and then just update to 3.60 from 3.55 CFW or 3.55 official firmware.

and replacing the cert is bullshit too

when you update to 3,60 they are automaticly replaced....

or you wouldnt be able to play online....
