But is it still safe to do this since Sony has shut down their servers because of this (i think?!) Will i get like seen?

no one really knows, but from what sony has done to people (excluding geo/ any other major dev) i would say you will be fine

It will be fine, but you cant sign up for Rebug until psn is back up

sony will change the dev psn servers passphrase

so using rebug is goin to be useless apart from using a few of the debug options

After psn is back up all were gonna have to do is wait, hopefully a psn bypass does come out.

Yes it's still safe. All they are doing is investigating the psn hack. Also rebug is as dangerous as any other cfw, depending on how responsible with it you are

Well what do you class as "safe"? Would it not be safe if you got banned? Well we don't know yet what will happen, all depends on what security sony has added (if any) to try and block rebug firmware. We will just have to wait and see.
