Post: external hard drive question

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Has anybody formatted their external hard drive to ntfs and successfully got it working with the latest multiman?? i want to do mine this afternoon but its gonna take some time as I've got to back it up before formatting it again. Obviously, i don't want to spend hours doing it, only to find out that it doesn't work. Any reply is much appreciated.

No I tried with 2 separate ntfs drives n it just freezes even wen I do the usb.cfg method but if u use swiss knife u could probly save some time of backing up what is already on the external and just partion the free space

Was you using the latest version of multiman, with the options to switch between fat and ntfs and if so, what's the point in having that option at all??

thanks buddy. That is a shame, I've got loads of games with split files and at the moment i have to shuffle them around from external to internal and that takes forever for a game like Killzone 3. what is the Ps3 internal hard drive formatted as then for it to accept files bigger than 4gb??
