Post: Ps3 Linux and motherboard question.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm thinking about putting linux yellow dog on my 2.10 Ps3 but can I still data transfer patches on Linux and use FTP for modded patches? The question about the motherboard is will replacing it make the console a "Brand new" console, (Change MAC and Console ID) because I was thinking of getting one instead of a new Ps3 to play Black Ops.

I am 90% you will not be able to use homebrew, so yeah.

Okay but you can switch between the GameOS and LinuxOS easy so couldn't you just jailbreak the GameOS?
