How To Install
1. Make Sure You Have Backed Up Your Dead Rising 2
2. On Your PS3, Go Into Blackb0x Ftp Server.|. On Your PC/Mac Go Into Your Client ( Fillezilla, Cute Ftp etc... I Use Filezilla)
3. Navigate To Your Backup [ hdd0\GAMES\BLES00948\USRDIR\[Insert Your Prefered File]

I Worked Really Hard On This For You Guys . I Am Not Currently Using The God Mode File/ If Someone Could Confirm It Works As People Hve Said On Other Forums There Is No Was To Get Godmode Beast Mode

1.delete dead rising 2 gamesave
2.delete dead rising 2 from game data utility if its there
3restart your ps3
4.install pkg
5.copy all files from the archive into dev_hdd0/game/BLES00001 (you can overwrite the eboot because its the same one in the archve)
6.copy your data folder(the data folder that is in ur dead rising 2 back up so its dev_hdd0/GAMES/BLUSXXXXX/usrdir/data) into dev_hdd0/game/BLES00001/USRDIR
7.restart your ps3
8.start dead rising 2 and it should start installing game data(u always have to start dead rising on the pkg not on the disc)
9.enjoy

P.S. When you first run the game it will show corrupt game data,but run it second time and it will install also if u didnt get it ill make a video

never mind it doesn't work, and i can't get my old mods to work anymore so i am screwed i shouldn't have bothered in the first place.

my old mods were working fine from a external for a long time, i try this mod and it doesn't work, i put my old mod back and now nothing works at all, i am currently searching the internet to find a solution as to why it doesn't work but all i keep getting is the guide you have posted (and that only works for internal.) and the game freezing which is not happening to me, the mods just simply won't work i don't get it either because i have only replaced the datafile.big and that's it, why would it sudden;y stop working?

i am in the process of re-ripping the game back to my hard drive and try again but i have no hope it will work again.

Can anyone add this mod and play it a bit and then upload the Dr2S000.dsf and param.pfd and param.SFO? So, I can just put it on a usb and upload it to my ps3. I don't have a jailbreak system.

don't bother with this mod you can't pick the weapons up and there are no costumes at the helipad, download the older mod it works fine.

just a update, i got the older mods to work now so i am happy, now i can use my weapons of mass destruction again XD

maybe in the future the guy who uploaded the god mode mods would fix the other stuff that doesn't work like the weapon damage, the missing costumes and being able to pick up the custom weapons at the safehouse.
