Second dont say this is old, b/c they're have been other ways posted but not his way.
This is the easiest way, and only requires 2 things.

Requirements

    

* Multiman 1.17 - 1.17.4

* Game backup

Steps

    

1. Open multiman



2. Copy the game to INTERNAL harddrive



3. Go to game settings



4. Select Internal, and direct boot (bottom left of screen)



5. apply and go back into game settings



6. Set permissions



7. Apply and press X on the game! you can now play

NOTE

    

* some games require to update through multiman to play

and yes, you dont need SELECT + X

Simple and easy

This is pretty easy to do, so dont say "I already figured this out" (thats cool, no one cares)

Okay, I can see why you posted this then, it may just have been a dodgy install or something. I remember having to reinstall Kmeaw because it was giving me lag problems occasionally in the XMB.

i followed all the directions but it still doesnt load cod 4 it just shows the cod 4 picture then it freezes
