Post: Major problem after downgrade 3.5 -3.41

I'm new to this forum so bare with me.
I tried to downgrade my ps3 slim 320 gb from 3.5 down to 3.41. using the eclips3 downgrader
Got into service mode, copied files to a blank fat32 formated usb stick, plugged in, and everything seemd ok, except the console never turned off. I waited for about 1 hour, then turned it of my self.
Now when l start it , it's on for 10 sec and turns of again.
HELP!?

ok story so far.
I tried getting into the recovery mode, no go. tried:
hold power button , hear : 1beep upon power, and one beep after 4-5 sec, then a last beep just as it turns off. Tried normal start, nothing happens it shutts down after 10 sec
atttempt 2
same as above but instead of normal start l keep holding in the button after l start it up again.( that is after the first beep beep session) now l hear, one on start, then 2 right after one another about 4 seconds after the frist, and then it shuts down. Tried normal after this double session, stil nothing.
Then tried to do the fw update blind. Put in the downgrade usb stick, it did like it did the first time ( as in probably gives me service mode, but nothing comes on screen) then l put n the stick with the pup and the .self. And it seems to be doing something...BUT it's not shutting down ( same issue l had the first time around), the usb stick was blinking like mad, so was the HDD and the green light, but now it's just the green light blinking and it's been like this for the better part of an hour.
Bad .pup???
Suggestions??
I'm going mental over here. Thought this was a hit and run kind a deal , not a trial and error gig.

Quick question, l've been reading around the net and there seems to be a few posts about a ps3 320 gig PAL that can't be downgraded from 3.5?!! Anyone confirm that?

I managed to get it to work, l had to flash it with stock 3.5. did it the standard way. But does that mean my ps3 can't be downgraded?!?!?!
