You will need
*Get a PARAM.HIS here is a link to one > You must login or register to view this content.
*Also HxD hex editor >
You must login or register to view this content.

Instruction
*Open the PARAM.HIS with HxD
*edit all the writing and nothing else if you add one more letter this could corrupt the file.
*Now save file (NOT SAVE FILE AS)
*Put this file into the BLES or BLUS file
*Restart your ps3 and bam it is done update history is added with what you typed up.

Virus Scan?

if you have played resident evil click triangle and update history is there in the selection click it and it tells some crap about the game i just found a way to edit it and put it into your own words but it works on any game
