Just noticed what the real problem is mate. You downloaded a game from a different region that what your console is. Like if you have a US PS3, but trying to play a UK (PAL) game will not work. Some games you can do this but not ALL games. That's your problem. Not your TV.

Yes because they are the same "region" as your console. Your other game is not the same region as your console. So it will NEVER play! Even if the download link says it is the correct region....is ISN'T!! That's the problem you are having. You are using a download of a game from another region. Try to find another download link for it mate.

Is your console PAL? Maybe the links say the games are PAL but aren't? Again, some games can be played on various regions, but not all games can. Apparently, this one game may be one that cannot be played that way. Sorry mate. Only way to fix that is to find another download or buy the game.

---------- Post added at 01:53 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:52 PM ----------

heres teh exact quotes

"I am getting this error on X-Men Origins Wolverine….I do NOT have HDMI/HDTV….so does this mean I can't even play this game???"

"use the sfo editor and u can check whatever output of the video you need. most of the time you may run into this problem when playing a Pal region game which will not run on 480i using traditional yellow red white cables."
