Don't know who you are referring to, but all I asked was the purpose of this? What is the purpose of changing the XMB firmware notification? I ask because I have not yet installed this and I would like a little more information as to what it does. Will it allow 3.60 game to be playable? Or is there something else that I am missing that it does?

it giving me error singing in but now there is no update 3.61 anymore might more but my region is up and my brothers psn is online mine gives error :/
