So after i translated i seen a few things mentioned about dev_blind etc,but he dont seem to give a download link,so after more searching i found this rar file uploaded to mediafire,its called 3.61-spoof.After i unrared it it has dev_blind etc but to my surprise it in the readme file it just says Created by Rukkia @ NextGenUpdate,does anyone know this guy is he trustworthy heres the uploaded folder You must login or register to view this content.

Well thats it guys make of it what you will,i dont claim this works or anything try it at your own risk and if it does work post back or make a video tut thread for everyone.

What Rukkia did was an xmb spoof, not a psn spoof. Without keys you cant spoof that, he just spoofed the numbers on the xmb so it will "LOOK" as if its on 3.61 which is useless for new games and signing into psn
