(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a CFW 3.55 PS3 and I don't want to update it but, I got a PS3 on 3.61 is there a way I can transfer patches?

yes you just have to get a Ethernet Cable and turn both on after connecting both and setup the patch on the 3.55 ps3 then go to data transfer and send data from 3.55 to 3.61 the rest is pretty obvious just do the patches on your PS3 3.61

You just cant transfer from 3.61 to 3.55 if i am correct

yes you cant transfer 3.61 to 3.55 but his question was if he can transfer 3.55 to 3.61 which he can he just cannot transfer from newer to older. But to host you do from older to newer so hes just fine.

Yes you can just use data transfer you just can't transfer from a higher FW to lower.

Erm read what you put again, first you said you can transfer 3.61 to 3.55 then you said you cant. And i know what he was asking i was just saying so he dont think he can transfer what on his online PS3 atm to his CFW then place patches then transfer back. Was only making the point

no i said that you can transfer data from 3.55 TO 3.61. using data transfer
but I also said you cannot transfer data FROM 3.61 TO any older firmware like 3.55

No you didnt go read your post. You said you can transfer from 3.61 to 3.55 then you said you cant.
