PS3 Downgrade FAILURE - NextGenUpdate

Once upon a time...

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I tried to downgrade my ps3 system to 2.30 when it was in 3.41 to marry a new bluray drive, but with no sucess. In the updater_log.txt i get the following error:

update package elapsed time = 162663 msec
Updating or Verifying failure 0x8002f14e
UpMng.UpdatePackage() failure
manufacturing updating FAILURE(0x8002f14e)
Total Elapsed time = 164739 msec

How can i fix this problem? Please help...

Try downgrading to 3.15 retail first...

NextGenUpdate

downgrade to 3.15 and try doing it in little chunks instead of big downgrades, unless you want to

you cant downgrade ur ps3 if it came with 3.15 or some firmware higher than 2.30
