i have 1 ps3 on 3.61, i bought a hdd of my mate and that has no Fw on it. If i putt 3.55 on that and use a CFW would i be able to host CLs or does the ps3 carry the firmware:\
I thought the firmware was stored on the hdd, but there was like a part of the firmware that goes onto the internal memory of the ps3 to keep you from downgrading.
