Well yea theres alot of shit you can do. Like Get games, host modded lobbies, get emulators, You could even give it away to me !

Just replace the blu ray laser mech. Takes about 15 minutes. Just buy a new laser mech.

infact with backup managers you dont even need a blu ray drive

Emulators, Discless launch games (because your broken drive), DOS Games, Free DLCs, Modded Lobbies, Homebrew Applications I don't know what else. I wouldnt recommend a Jailbroken PS3 a CFW PS3 is better.

you do need a bluray drive or homebrew wont load so thats backup managers and ftp's out the window
