2.Locate the game
3.Press square on game
4.Select update game
5.Download the update
6.Go to install package files/standard
7.Install the pkg
8.Go back to multiman
9.Boot game let multiman change the param.sfo
10.Let the game install
11.Enjoy your new game

Tested and confirmed working on internal.
