=DHey guys today im gonna give you a little mini TUT on how to turn your Ps3 eye camera into a webcam.incase you have one and dont feel like buying a webcam and so you can join the NGU Tinychat.its a really easy process to follow but if anyone has any trouble with it just quote me and i will try to help.


Installation:

First Download and run the latest CL-Eye Platform file i provided here-You must login or register to view this content.

virus scan-

Then Click ‘Install’ and follow the setup process.

and then Plug in the camera when it asks you to.

After successful installation, the devise manager will look like this.....

Now you should have a new desktop icon called CL-eye Test.exe now plug in your camera and run it.

Incase you didnt already know the camera's specs:

4 channel audio input:16 bits/channel, 48kHz, SNR 90db
56º or 75º Field of View zoom lens
2.1 F-stop, <1% distortion, fixed focus (25cm to 8 at 75º FOV)
640 x 480 at 60 frames/second
320 x 240 at 120 frames/second
USB.0 high-speed data transfer
Uncompressed video or optional JPEG compression

Now you can use you ps3 eye for a Webcam, for skype or to join the NGU Tinychat so...have FunBJ:

Whats up SirBlazeAlot...Hows it going bro?...and I dont need a source because this is really common knowledge i already knew this info (if you have a ps3 eye obviously you need a Driver to use it on your computer) its really simple. and all the Pics in the TuT are mine so i didnt copy and paste.

yea it really is just common since...I got the driver a long time ago so I could do "skype"

I have a ps eye it doesnt look all that great as a webcam its all grey and blue kinda. but its better than nothing :y:
