ya rebug is the best cfw out there i think and yes you can install over kmeaw i did it and my ps3 perfect

yes bud i did it the other day to data swap from 3.65 to 3.61 using the spoof and kmeaw fw and then want back to rebug all pkg still work

Just an FYI because most people screw this up then blame the firmwaresmh, if data transferring stops working it's because you fiddled w/ the Rebug Selector. To fix this issue, just change (in Rebug Selector) the menu to "Menu 1 (CEX)".
