This isn´t a hack, it´s a fix for the new street fighter arcade edition requires 3.60+ but with this you can play it on 3.55

I posted this when it came out so ppl could download it, anyway if it´s a lame for + rep it shouldn´t care you : ) and why post here , ooh and maybe some ppl doesn´t know that there is a fix now they can go and download it
