Yes it is possible, I can confirm. Just stick an ethernet cable between the ps3s, go to system > data transfer > follow the prompts, and start the process on both ps3s, at the same time. It's really straight forward. :tongue:.

oh ok thanks!! =] i knew as first its was like that but then saw a post about how to data transfer from 3.66 to 3.55 and got confused lol anyway thanks for help man =]
