Post: Will there be problems with legit trophies sync after deleting unwanted ones via ftp?

I'm anxious to know if deleting unwanted trophies You must login or register to view this content. will cause any troubles with syncing my whole remaining trophy list later via PSN.
It's rly important to me coz the only reason i want those trophies gone - syncing remaining ones with Sony's servers. It'd be terrible to get any errors or **** like that coz of lack of knowledge.
I've already googled half of webs and maybe some info slipped past my eyes so i want to ask splendid community of NGU of their personal experience in such a delicate matter.

If the trophies are already synced via PSN, then they will not be affected. In both cases, deleting or popping trophies through rebug, the trophies will be deleted when syncing with the server. Only legit trophies will sync, unless you delete them. 95% certain.

1st of all thx for ur posts.
2nd thing is that all my trophies were earned in a legit way.
The deleted ones were from RE5 Gold edition (yeah save games).
I wanted to play DLCs w\o managing to play full game again coz i did it on my 360.
I didnt want to have cheated ones and got them deleted w\o Rebug, just ftp & boot game method. I'm still on 3.41 \w Hermes 4b kicking it old school way.:wtf:
3rd thing is that my gone trophies werent sync'd b4.
And my question in 2 words sounds like *Will i encounter any nasty errors while syncing legit trophies like some mates who unlock them \w Rebug or w\e shit?*
And *Are those 2 major trophy files including decrypted one changing when i manually delete my trophies?* Coz afaik decrypted file is the only reason syncing fails for cheated trophies/
