Update one of your PS3's to 3.55, then put it on REBUG custom firmware. It's the best. You can do this by going here to download the official 3.55 firmware:

Put the PS3UPDAT.PUP file on your USB drive. Put it in the folder called PS3. Make a folder called UPDATE, and put that folder in there. So, you will have your USB/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP -
Now, get whatever CFW you want, probably REBUG, since it's the best.

Do the same thing you did with the OFW, and then update your other PS3 to the recent update.
Once you got your stuff from your hacked PS3 to your good one, then go to system settings and use the data transfer utility. You will need a ethernet cord to connect to both of your computers.
