All depends on what you want to do with the CFW, Kmeaw is the most stable, Rebug can be used to use the Debug menu, not much help anymore. And never heard of openside

Either Kemeaw or Rebug

Kemeaw if you just want homebrew and free games.

Rebug if you want the same features as kemeaw but also more features on top of it, the downside is it will be more confusing and harder to do what you want it to...

Kmeaw = low-end but easy to use.
Rebug = high-end & easy to use provided you don't mess about w/ stuff you don't know how to use properly.
Openside = Wah? WTF? Fake or extremely, extremely unknown CFW.

Rebug is just as stable as Kmeaw... the only bugs involve QA flagging and the Rebug Selector and such, 2 things you can't even do within Kmeaw.

How exactly? Everything that is in Kmeaw is in Rebug and works exactly the same, the only minimally-confusing stuff is that of which isn't in Kmeaw and is Rebug-exclusive.
