1. Update to 3.55 OFW via USB
2. Update to 3.55.2 REBUG
3. Done?

If not, can someone point me in the right track? Thanks.

do not hotlink rebug files they ask you not to if you want there stuff go to thier website respect the devs guys

If you had taken the time to read the thread properly, you would've noticed that i was giving a link for rebug 3.55.1, which, if you check the rebug.me site, is no longer available there. yes by all means go to their site and download rebug 3.55.2 but i was making a recommendation that 3.55.1 was the better firmware as rebug 3.55.2 constantly crashed my PS3 and then i had to reinstall my firmware all over again. Of course if you can show me where you can download rebug 3.55.1 from the rebug.me site, i will apologise to all involved.

Okay, no worries buddy. i do realise that the rebug team rely on hits from their website and i do have the utmost respect for them, i use their firmware and am extremely grateful that it was developed by them. like i said before, in my opinion rebug 3.55.1 is the best firmware out and have been using it for months now with no problems. why they removed it from their site, I'll never know as it is still very much sort after, in fact its very hard to come by now, that's why i provided the link, to help others out who can't find it and more importantly to keep rebug 3.55.1 alive.
