So if anybody has a US Slim ( Not sure if the region matters? ) but I need 3 files, they are all in the dev_flash folder ( Use Dev_Blind to access) and in the vsh/module or ect. I need one called vsh.self, version.txt, and another called index.txt... Now these have to be on a 3.55 with NO Spoof!! the Txt files are in the "ect" folder, the vsh.self file is in the "module" folder... Please help, normally I would be smart and back them up, but I wasn't thinking... If you give a Download Link to them then I'll rep you, but I'd like them to be at Megaupload & put your username in the description so I know its actually from you, & I'll scan it for viruses and Ill check the txt files to see if it says " Version 3.5500" or what ever it usually says

dam i just changed my dev_blind files and bricked my ps3... thank you for the answers

You dont have to replace the files all you have to do is put your ps3 into recovery menu then restore it with 3.55 OFW then simply install whatever CFW you want....its not that hard.

i knew that! but when i was trying to go on recovery menu, it was "petitboot" (the thing for otheros) so i didint have any
